Refund policy
30 Day Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your most recent order, you may return it for up to 30 days from the point of purchase for a maximum refund of $99. Depending on location and order size, a 10% restocking fee and return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount.
Expedited and international shipping are non-refundable. Shipping costs for international returns are paid by the customer.
Do you take everything back?
Not quite everything—but almost! Because we’re not the manufacturer of the Tri-Jet fogger, we cannot refund that particular item. However, the foggers do carry a 5 year warranty from the manufacturer for parts and labor.
Accidentally order a product to the wrong address?
We will assist in rerouting or recovering packages ordered to an incorrect address, but all shipping and recovery costs are the responsibility of the customer. The original order and shipping charges are non-refundable if the package cannot be recovered. Please double check the address before submitting your order and call us immediately if changes need to be made.
Subscriptions
If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do so at any time. Your order confirmation emails include links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there. You can also manage your subscriptions by logging in to your account and navigating to the "Subscriptions" tab.
Shipping costs will not be reimbursed for subscription refunds.
Notice for International Customers
International customers may incur additional duties at the border. This is outside of our control and at the discretion of Border Services. The customer is responsible for these fees. We are no longer able to refund or reship international orders that are refused by the customer, including shipping fees. If your package arrives damaged or incomplete, please accept the order and notify us so we can make the proper accommodations for you.
