Shipping Policy
Cedarcide ships orders Monday-Friday. Orders received Monday-Friday before 2pm (UTC-6) will ship out the same day. Orders placed after the deadline, or on Saturday/Sunday, will ship the following business day.
Notice for Canadian Customers
Due to recent issues with shipping Canadian orders our policy has changed. Canadian customers may incur additional duties at the border. This is outside of our control and at the discretion of Canadian Border Services. The customer is responsible for these fees. We are no longer able to refund or reship Canadian orders that are refused by the customer, including shipping fees. If your package arrives damaged or incomplete, please accept the order and notify us so we can make the proper accommodations for you.
